OVERVIEW
We are ecstatic to invite you to apply for an extremely specialized 10-day training in Pattaya, Thailand, the sex tourism capital of the world. This experience consists of 3 days of intense in house education in which upon completion of our personalized teachings and first hand experience within our restoration program, you will take part in specified in-country training with the FBI. This particular venture is for those yearning to comprehend the ins and outs of not just trafficking, but the ways in which one goes about efficiently combating these injustices in an ethical and legal matter. After being trained, the team would then begin their concentrated outreach in several of the major areas where men and women are sold for sex, children are exploited, and many endure injustice, including our on the ground programs like Shear Love International.
Our vigorous in depth training includes vital classroom time taught not only by our professionals, but an FBI agent within the city. In this rare invitation, you will come along side our staff and sit in on a once in a lifetime workshop. This thorough course focuses on interactive training, as well as preparing you for what you will do after this trip ends. It is our desire to help the world see, hear, and understand the reality of this issue. This is not just a third world issue but a global phenomenon that is occurring down the street no matter where you live.
Our goal is to ignite your passion, help you obtain core foundational learning, and explore your specific calling in the fight against injustice.
SPIRITUAL TRAINING
Knowing fully that God is sovereign is crucial to serving on this team. We can all make more of a difference in the lives of those we seek to protect by controlling our emotions and remembering our place within this fight. We are called to utilize our God given talents in order to shed light in these dark places and to be a light through the way we carry ourselves everyday. Although you are here to be a voice, your main goal is to focus on the relationship, being present, and allowing God to first work within you.
There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

TEAM SELECTION
The circumstances our past outreach teams have encountered are disheartening. Yet, we have watched as incredible, God chosen individuals come in and creatively shed light on these injustices.
Those who are chosen for this specialized trip will need to be spiritually mature and full of grace for the demographic we will be reaching. It is important that these individuals have experience serving and are excited to being trained in this field as this trip will have a heavy emphasis on education with a side of front line outreach experience. Having a deep spiritual connection and relationship with Jesus is vital to doing this work. Those chosen must be active in church, life groups, and have solid friendships and relationships with those around them. They must not see themselves as saviors, or FBI agents, but rather vessels that the Lord can teach and mold.
Due to the nature and theme of this work, we will be accepting no one younger than 19. Both men and women applying must be open with our leadership team about any issues with past addictions to pornography as well as any past abuse or assault. These do not hinder your ability to be accepted but aid in our ability to train properly before hand.
